来到园山我们首先要换衣服，我们把军服穿了上去，然后教官把腰袋给了我们，我们便穿上，就走了。
我们来到住宅的第一栋，可以看到旁边都是四年级一班、二班、四班、五班和六班都在这里集合，上面还有一位教官。教官叫我们立正，我们四年级就全部都站地非常端正。教官说：“如果你们站的不好的话今天就不能吃中午饭。”那时已经是中午了，所以我们要吃中午饭。后来我们全四年级都站的非常好，最后终于进入饭堂了。进入饭堂，教官叫我们站着，不能坐下，不然就要做20个伏卧撑，也不能讲话。后来叫我们拿椅子，而且只能给我们10秒钟的时间。后来我们以最快的速度哪好了椅子，后来教官叫我们坐下，我们就迅速的坐下了。后来我们就吃饭了。
到了下午，教官带我们来个地方，叫我们报数，其中报的好的只有20多个，包括我也参加了进去，其他人都在练啦啦队的口号。后来我们练了一个小时左右，终于练到2。04秒的成绩。后来比赛开始了跟我们PK的是四（2）班和四（5）班，后来由于我们抢报而得到了第二名。
这就是有趣的社会实践活动。

禁毒Drug Control
As the economy develops, most people have the incomes. For some children, their parents can provide them all the things they want. When people start to chase for more amusement, some of them cross the limited line and do the criminal things. Many young people have been reported to take drug in group. The bad guys try to control these young people, so they seduce them to take drugs to make more profit. It is very dangerous to have a taste of drug. Once people try, it is hard for them to get rid of it. The drugs only brings negative sides to people"s life, some even to die for it. So a wise person will say no to drugs and the government has taken strict laws to control drugs.

Many years ago, I saw an interesting movie. It pictured the future life that people could fly in the sky by cars. Of course, I don"t think it will happen in the coming time. The change in cars is about the energy. It is said that the cars will use both electricity and gasoline, which can reduce pollution. I think it is a great change for cars. More and more people have cars now and the gas they release brings heavy pollution to the air, which damages our health. The cars can use electricity in the long trip. Talking about how to keep healthy
一、教学目标：

2.学习根据所给词或词组, 写出关于均衡的饮食对于保持健康的重要性的文章。

三、课前准备：
1．搜集有关描述健康的词汇如：eating habit , important , food , strong, keep, healthy，vegetable ,fruit 等词语。(先扫除词汇上的困难)
2．收集自己亲身经历过的如何保持健康的方法与经验以供讨论。（加强同学中的相互交流）
四、教学过程：
1.导入（Lead in）:通过讨论不同保持健康的方法，引出本节课的大任务。吸引学生，激发其学习兴趣，提高学生作为学习主体课堂参与意识。（先让学生明确所要写的主题与要求，然后同学之间进行小组讨论，一人想出一点如何保持健的观点。）
2.通过展示大量单词、词组以及学生本人的提出的保持健康方法，将他们注意力吸引到课堂中，此时老师恰到好处地让学生汇报导入任务切入主题。（要求他们用笔写出他们所想到的有关于健康的单词与短语。）

My mother is good at making dumplings and I love the flavor she makes. So every time when I see her making dumplings in the quick way, I think it is such an easy thing for me. Last week, I decided to learn making dumplings from my mother and it was such a valuable experience for me. Before starting the main step, kneading the dough took me a really long time. My mother told me that it was a very important step, just like the base of a building. I did not do the base work well, so I passed it and came to make dumpling directly. My mother finished one dumpling only three seconds, but when I made the packaging of one dumpling. It was so hard to close well, and the meat went out. I never expected that making a dumpling would be so hard.

While if someone prepare the party for her, usually she won’t remember the name of the person, but she will be impressed by the lively atmosphere. The real beauty of life needs us to realize. The person who stand by our side all the time is the one we should cherish. When we feel moved about other people’s story, just think of the people around you, such as your parents and your true friends. They are the people who love you the most.

黑暗童话故事Dark Fairy Tales
When we are very small, we have read about many fairy tales. Our parents will read them to us before we sleep. These fairy tales tell us about wonderful stories, such as the prince and princess. They show the children the importance of being a nice kid. But when I grow up, I start to see some movies about the dark side of fairy tale. Take the Snow White for example, it begins with the happy ending of Snow White. At her wedding, the witch came and cursed her child. It is not a happy ending at all. What I have read before is completely changed. The dark fairy tales are not bad sides at all. They tell me the world is not as perfect as I think, so that I can better accept the difficulty.

When my mothers’ friends come to visit her, they always brag about how excellent their children are, but my mother would never take me as the topic, because she does not want me to have the pressure.
